My site visit was a week after I started my third rotation which was OB/GYN. I had the pleasure of having Ms. Nikiesha Stephens as a site evaluator during my first rotation and so I was familiar with her style of formatting and presentation. The first encounter, she required two H&Ps, a journal article and 10 pharm cards. The second encounter she required the remaining H&P. She provided great feedback after the first encounter and so I was able to make improvements in my last H&P presentation. Unlike other site evaluator, she also requires a patient education section which I find to be very important in order to keep things in perspective and ensure that the patient understands their diagnosis, treatment options and are able to express any concerns or ask any questions.
