My site evaluator was a former YORK PA graduate Andrea Pizarro who works in surgery at NYPQ. We met twice; with the first meeting consisting of an H&P and 5 pharm cards. She gave me great feedback during the evaluation which included a broader differential list and consults that I applied to the next set of H&Ps. She made herself available in between the meetings to answer any questions I had with the remaining H&Ps such as indications for imaging for unwitnessed fall.  The second meeting consisted of two H&Ps, an article and 5 pharm cards. Often times surgery gets consulted for EMed complaints if warranted and I just ensured to include appropriate consults if needed in my H&Ps.
