My site evaluation was with Michael Rachwalski who is a trauma and acute care surgery PA at NYPQ. Since he has been at several of our call backs, I was very comfortable in presenting my H&Ps, articles and pharm cards. He gave me great feedback and made himself available to any questions I had during my surgical rotation. He asked me about the surgeries that I’ve scrubbed in and if I needed clarification on anything. We went over the differentials for all 3 H&Ps and discussed why one differential is more likely than the other.
