My first site visit was into the second week of my rotation which was really beneficial so that I could have feedback earlier in what I need to improve on. For my first site visit I was required to hand in two out of three H&Ps which I presented along with a journal article. I received feedback right away which was great in ensuring that my final H&P would be an improvement. She required a patient education section which was to be written as if I were speaking to the patient about their diagnosis and treatment by refraining from using medical jargon. Patient education is a major part of being a healthcare provider so I found that requirement to be really fitting.
